Things You Might Need

Food Scale — It’s more accurate, and often easier than using measuring cups when tracking food.

Hydro Flask — Having water with you is key for getting all your H2O in! A Hydro Flask or any similar water bottle will keep your water cold all day.

Food Containers — For meal prep, saving leftovers and/or bringing your food to work. We recommend glass because it reduces your chemical exposure, and these are dishwasher and microwave safe.
