Preslie’s poor eating habits and self-conscious mindset was magnified when she took up competitive body building, and then realized there had to be a sustainable, healthy approach to life and ones’ relationship with food. She took it upon herself to learn about how to create a long-term healthy lifestyle, and how to teach it to others through habit-based change in a way that feels good. Helping people of all backgrounds improve their quality of life is her passion.
Ali is an Arizona Native who received her Masters in Speech Pathology from ASU. She has always had a passion for health and fitness as a competitive soccer player growing up but finding CrossFit in 2013 completely changed and ultimately healed her outlook on body image and her relationship with food. Ali hopes to help others see themselves in a positive light and give them the tools to be successful with nutrition and in life by finding a healthy balance.
Mary Frances is a Colorado girl at heart who is currently based in the heart of the desert — Phoenix, Arizona. Mary has spent the last decade guiding people through their health and wellness journeys in one way, shape or form and she is passionate about helping others find their strength, not just physically, but in every other key area of their life as well. Fresh off of a four year career as a (CrossFit) gym owner & operator, she's here to help you with your fitness and lifestyle needs. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise & Wellness from ASU, she's Level 2 CrossFit certified & she has her Level 1 Precision Nutrition Certification as well.
